02. QUALITY CHECKS
Our fabric goes through series of lab tests to ensure it meets global quality bench marks. Tests conducted by NABL, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories as per global standards. We don't just follow standards, we test beyond them.
BATCHES THAT DON'T MEET OUR STANDARDS ARE REJECTED.
03. WHAT GETS REJECTED
If a batch fails even in one parameter, it doesn't make it to production. We maintain global standards, not industry averages.
❌ GSM MISMATCH - Fabric weight not within our strict tolerance.
❌ POOR STRENGTH & DURABILITY - Low tensile strength or premature wear risk.
❌ COLOR FASTNESS - Color retention below global standards.
❌ DIMENSIONAL STABILITY - Shrinkage beyond acceptable limits.
