We understand that things don't always work out.

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Initiate returns or exchanges from your account on our website. Also, you can reach us by emailing us: support@laurbania.com
• The first return or exchange for each purchase order is free, including reverse pickup charges.
• If you request a second exchange under the same purchase order, a ₹150 courier fee will apply.
• Each new order is treated independently. Every new purchase order is eligible for one complimentary return or exchange, regardless of previous returns.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging box, and accessories (if any) must be returned intact.
• Refunds are processed after quality inspection and issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.
• Products returned with signs of wear, damage, missing tags, or altered packaging will not be accepted.
